Cancellation Prior to Shipment

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all products and services offered by IEZA YUSOF CONSULTANCY SDN BHD (IYCSB) via https://iezayusof.com/. All refund, cancellation, or rescheduling requests are subject to management’s discretion and the specific nature of the product or service purchased.


Physical Products (Books & Printed Materials)


Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.


Workshops, Classes, Seminars & Training Programs

  1. All payments made are non-refundable once registration is confirmed.
  2. If a session is postponed or rescheduled by IYCSB, participants may be offered:

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed once eligibility has been verified in accordance with this policy. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:

  1. Online Bank Transfer: Refunds will be credited to your bank account within 3–5 working days.
  2. Credit Card: Refunds will be processed to the original card used, subject to the card-issuing bank’s processing timeline.

Kindly contact your card-issuing bank regarding the duration of the credit refund.


IEZA YUSOF CONSULTANCY SDN BHD shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.


Right of Rejection

IEZA YUSOF CONSULTANCY SDN BHD reserves the right to reject any cancellation or refund request deemed unreasonable or not in compliance with this policy.
