Physical Products (Books & Printed Materials)


Shipping Address

All physical products will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate and complete. We do not ship to P.O Boxes (Post-Office Box) and only deliver to valid and accessible addresses. IEZA YUSOF CONSULTANCY SDN BHD shall not be held liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Any re-delivery due to incorrect address information may incur additional shipping charges.


Change In Shipping Address

Requests to change the shipping address must be submitted via email to [email protected] within 12 hours of order confirmation. Requests made after this period may not be accommodated and may result in additional charges.


Shipping Time

It typically takes between 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday) for goods to arrive at your destination. The shipment will be delivered during office hours between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm weekdays only.


Tracking Number

Once physical goods are picked up by our shipping partner, the tracking ID will be provided via email, SMS, or mobile application (where applicable).


Non-Physical Products & Services

For non-physical products or services, including workshops, seminars, assessments, classes, or event bookings, no physical shipping is required. Order confirmation, receipts, invoices, or access details will be communicated via email, SMS, or mobile application.


Policy Updates

IEZA YUSOF CONSULTANCY SDN BHD reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
