CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY

Order Cancellation
Once an order for physical products (including trading cards) has been placed and payment is confirmed, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded for any reason. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Return and Refund Policy
All goods sold are strictly non-refundable except in the following cases:
- Wrong item received – The product delivered is different from what was ordered.
- Damaged during delivery – The product arrives damaged, defective or items has been tampered/refurbished or modified. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges to return goods. Returns are applicable only for a complete Baratie Market Online Store product.
- Failed delivery – The courier is unable to deliver the package and it is returned to us.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from Baratie Market Online Store can be eligible for a return.
- Any Baratie Market Online Store product purchased through other retailers is not eligible for this policy and must follow the respective retailers’ returns and refunds policy.
Conditions for Eligible Returns
- The item must be shipped back to us within 7 working days of receiving it (as shown on your courier receipt).
- Proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt) must be provided.
- Items must be in new, unused condition, in original packaging, and include any free gifts received with the order. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner
- The return must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Video proof of wrong items delivery and damaged during delivery
Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund
- Change of order and cancellation of order will not be permitted once payment has been confirmed. Any cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted.
- Incorrect details provided by the customer during the order (e.g., wrong address or contact details).
- Items purchased from third-party retailers or platforms (these must follow their respective return/refund policies).
- Products that have been opened, tampered with, or modified.
- We reserve the right to reject any cancellation or refund that is deemed unfit or unreasonable.
Refund Processing:
For approved cases (wrong item, damaged product, or failed delivery): Once the returned item is received and inspected at our return center, and confirmed to meet our return policy, a refund will be initiated. The method of refund will be processed depending on your original payment method:
- For Online Bank Transfer: Full refunds will be credited into your bank account via online bank transfer, which should be posted within 3–5 working days.
- For Credit Card refunds: Refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank.
Kindly contact your card-issuing bank regarding the duration of the credit refund.
