Cancellation Period: Customers are not allowed to cancel their service booking once payment has been made.


Non-Refundable Services: All ticket purchases/booking purchase are strictly non- refundable and non-deferrable.

Changes to Reservations: Requests to change the service date or time may be allowed subject to availability and must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time.
