All payments made for financial advisory services, consultations, webinars, and online programs are non-refundable, except under the conditions stated below.
2. Valid Refund Reasons
A refund may be granted if:
- You were charged twice for the same transaction;
- You did not receive the scheduled service due to our fault;
- The service cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to us.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Failure to attend a scheduled consultation
- Failure to utilise advisory sessions before the expiry date
- Personal circumstances that are not related to service delivery issues
4. Service Replacement (If Applicable)
In special cases, we may offer:
- Rescheduling of sessions
- Replacement with similar value services
- This is determined on a case-by-case basis.
5. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during purchase.
