CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY ON SERVICE


Deposit Policy:

A deposit of RM50 is required upon registration to secure the booking.


Deposit Refund:

The RM50 deposit is refundable if the customer provides at least one (1) month prior written notice before the service commencement date. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the deposit being non-refundable.


Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will be issued for deposit that meet the one (1) month prior notice requirement. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to the original method of payment.
