You may cancel your order before it has been shipped from our warehouse without any additional charges. To request a cancellation, please email us at: [email protected]. Once your cancellation request is received and approved, a full refund will be initiated. We strongly advise that cancellation requests be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order to ensure it can be processed before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer allowed and the Return Policy will apply.
