Welcome to Vspire Academy. By accessing our website and/or making a payment for our programmes, events, training, or services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Vspire Academy provides corporate training, team building programmes, workshops, consultancy services, and related professional services (“Services”). Details of each programme, including fees, schedules, and deliverables, are provided in our proposals, invoices, or event pages.
2. Fees and Payment
All fees are stated in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) unless otherwise specified. Payments may be made via online payment gateway (including credit/debit cards) or other approved payment methods. Full or partial payment may be required to confirm registration or booking.
3. Confirmation of Registration
A registration or booking is only considered confirmed upon successful receipt of payment and/or written confirmation from Vspire Academy.
4. Changes to Programme
Vspire Academy reserves the right to reschedule, change trainers, modify content, or change the venue of any programme if necessary. In such cases, participants will be informed in advance where reasonably practicable.
5. Intellectual Property
All training materials, content, slides, and resources provided remain the intellectual property of Vspire Academy or its partners. They may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Vspire Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, website, or participation in any programme, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
