Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Programme Cancellation by Participant / Client

• Cancellations must be made in writing (email or official letter).
• Refund eligibility, if any, will depend on the notice period and the nature of the programme or engagement.
• Certain programmes, customised training, or corporate engagements may be non-refundable once confirmed.

2. Replacement of Participant

Subject to approval, a replacement participant may be allowed at no additional cost, provided prior notice is given.

3. Cancellation by Vspire Academy

In the unlikely event that Vspire Academy cancels or postpones a programme, participants will be offered either:

• A full refund of fees paid, or
• Transfer of the fee to a rescheduled date or alternative programme.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and will be made via the original payment method where possible. Any payment gateway or bank charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Administrative fees, payment gateway charges, or costs already incurred (e.g. venue, accommodation, logistics, or third-party services) may not be refundable.
