Welcome to TrainLeo (“TrainLeo”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), operated by SNA SMART ENTERPRISE.

By accessing or using the TrainLeo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform.


1. Nature of Service

TrainLeo is a cloud-based staff training, competency, compliance, and operational records management platform designed for businesses and organizations.

Features may include:

TrainLeo is provided as a software platform only and does not constitute legal, regulatory, HR, or compliance advisory services.


2. Account & Access

Access to the platform is restricted to authorized users approved by the Organization workspace owner.

Organizations are responsible for:

TrainLeo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if fraudulent, abusive, unauthorized, or illegal activity is detected.


3. Subscription & Billing

TrainLeo operates on a subscription basis.

Subscription fees, billing cycles, and available plans are displayed within the platform or during onboarding.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers including SenangPay.

By subscribing, you agree that:

TrainLeo reserves the right to revise pricing, subscription plans, or platform features at any time with reasonable notice.


4. Trial Period & Grace Period

TrainLeo may provide trial access for selected subscription plans.

At the end of the trial period:

If payment is not received after the applicable grace period, TrainLeo reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete the Organization workspace, including:

Organizations are responsible for exporting or backing up any required records before subscription expiry, suspension, or cancellation.

Organizations retain ownership of operational data uploaded into TrainLeo, including:

By using the platform, you grant TrainLeo permission to store, process, generate, transmit, and display such data solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform services.

TrainLeo does not claim ownership over customer-uploaded operational content.


6. Customer Responsibilities

Organizations are solely responsible for:

TrainLeo is not intended to function as a permanent archival or records preservation service.


7. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

TrainLeo reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in prohibited activities.


8. File Uploads & Storage

Organizations are responsible for ensuring uploaded content is lawful, appropriate, and free from malicious content.

TrainLeo may impose:

TrainLeo reserves the right to remove files or restrict uploads that may affect platform stability, security, operational performance, or legal compliance.


9. Service Availability

TrainLeo strives to maintain reliable service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

TrainLeo shall not be liable for losses arising from downtime, delays, interruptions, corrupted data, or temporary unavailability of services.


10. No Warranty

TrainLeo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

TrainLeo assists organizations in managing training and compliance-related records.

Organizations are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated records and reports before relying on them operationally or legally.


12. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, interfaces, workflows, designs, and system content belonging to TrainLeo remain the intellectual property of SNA SMART ENTERPRISE.

13. Privacy & Confidentiality

TrainLeo may collect and process operational and personal information necessary for platform functionality.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right and consent to upload employee or personal information into the platform.


14. Third-Party Services

TrainLeo may rely on third-party providers including:

Updated versions will be published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
