This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and services provided through TrainLeo operated by SNA SMART ENTERPRISE.
Organizations may cancel their subscription at any time through the platform or by contacting us directly.
Cancellation will stop future subscription renewals. However, the current subscription period will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.
No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Where a free trial is provided, Organizations are encouraged to evaluate the platform during the trial period before making payment.
Once a paid subscription is activated, all payments are generally non-refundable.
All subscription payments made to TrainLeo are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests, if any, will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of SNA SMART ENTERPRISE.
Approved refunds, where applicable, may take approximately 5–14 business days to be processed depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Refunds, if approved, will only be issued to the original payment method used during payment.
If duplicate payments or incorrect charges occur due to technical errors or payment gateway issues, customers must notify us within a reasonable period.
Verified duplicate or erroneous transactions may be refunded after investigation.
Failure to make payment by the applicable due date may result in:

Organizations are responsible for exporting or backing up important records before subscription expiry or cancellation.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Such interruptions do not automatically qualify for refunds, credits, or compensation.
